How do I create an account?

Please head to batalgaming.com and click on register. Please note that you will need a phone number with WhatsApp from one of the countries we operate in (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Syria, Palestine).

Why do I need WhatsApp?

We use WhatsApp to verify that all of our users are playing from the Middle East. This will ensure everyone is playing on the same servers.

How old must I be to use Batal Gaming?

To create an account, you must be over the age of 18. Please note that you will be required to submit a copy of a government ID to receive your rewards.

What is my favorite game is not available on the platform?

We are regularly introducing new games onto the platform, if you’re favorite game is not available, please reach out to us on our social channels or send an email to info@batalgaming.com.

Matches & Tournaments

How do I join a tournament?

  1. To join a tournament, please start by selecting the title you want to play in the drop-down menu “All Games”.
  2. Select the tournament you want to join.
  3. The platform might redirect you to the store if you do not have enough Batal coins to join the tournament.
  4. The platform might redirect you the Gamer Usernames section in settings if you haven’t provided your gamertags yet.
  5. You should now be able to register for the tournament.

How do tournaments work?

  1. At every round, including at the start of the tournament, each participant will have 10 minutes to check-in. Failure to do so will result in disqualification to keep the tournament moving.
  2. Once you and your opponent have checked-in, you will be shown each other’s gamertags and asked to add each other on the gaming platform you are using.
  3. You can now play your game!
  4. Once you are done please click on the Report Scores button, tell us who won and submit a clear photo of the scoreboard.

How do I report my scores?

After the game has been played, please click on the Report Scores button. You will be asked to select a winner and to submit a picture of the scoreboard at the end of the game. Please make sure the picture CLEARLY shows both usernames and scores on the scoreboard. This can be done by uploading a screen shot or by taking a picture directly from your phone.

What happens if my opponent does not check in for his match?

Your opponent has ten minutes to check-in for his match, if he fails to do so he will be disqualified, and you will receive the win.

What happens if my opponent does not submit his score?

If you submit your score and your opponent does not submit his, the admin will be notified and will verify the scores through various data sets. The correct winner will then be awarded.

How do I play with teammates?

For tournaments that require more than one player per team, the user that registered for the tournament will be asked to invite his team members after registration using the “Teams” box located under the Chat.

How does the tournament chat work?

The in-tournament chat is only available for players who are registered in the tournament. The chat will only be available after the registration deadline. For tournaments that require more than one player per team, the user that registered for the tournament will be asked to invite his team members after registration using the “Teams” box located under the Chat.

How does the Opponent Chat work?

Every time you are matched against an opponent, the chat box will turn into “Opponent Chat”. Please use this chat to communicate directly with your Opponent if you need to.

Rewards

How do I claim my rewards?

  • XP and Batal Coins are automatically credited to your account.
  • If you are entitled to a cash reward, please make sure you have filled the required information in your Billing Settings (Payout Account).
  • Once bank information has been submitted along with a photo ID the platform will deposit the funds to your bank account within 3 – 5 business days.

What are Batal Coins?

Batal Coins are single use coins. Their sole purpose is to pay your registration fee to join a tournament. These coins cannot be withdrawn aand are nonrefundable. (Please head to out T&Cs for more information about Batal Coins).

What is the Batal Leaderboard?

The Batal Leaderboard lets you know how your rank against different players on the platform. Skilled based matchmaking will be done using your ranking on the board. We also plan on introducing exciting tournaments for players that are at the top of the leaderboard.

What are XP?

XP are earned by competing in tournaments. Here’s the breakdown:
  • +100 points for a user and anyone in his team for winning a game.
  • +200 points for a user and anyone is his team for winning a tournament.
  • +50 points for a user and anyone in his team for coming second in a tournament.
